What You Can Expect

Teach Her Yoga is structured into thoughtfully curated modules that blend the foundations of yoga with trauma-informed practices, women’s wellness education, and community-centered leadership. Each module is designed to guide you through your own transformation while equipping you to teach with clarity, confidence, and care.

This is a sacred pause — not just from your routine, but from the roles, expectations, and noise that may have kept you from hearing yourself clearly.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be surrounded by others who also said yes to this kind of transformation — who are ready to rest, reclaim, and rise in community.

Belize gives you the space to slow down and truly listen

Training Location

We begin in Belize with a 7-day, 6-night retreat-style immersion in San Ignacio.

This is a community-based experience with both single and shared accommodations available. Each guest will have their own bed, and all rooms include a private bath.

Room assignments are made in the order of registration, and you'll receive your room details well before the training begins — so you can arrive grounded, supported, and ready to settle in.
