What You Can Expect

Teach Her Yoga is structured into thoughtfully curated modules that blend the foundations of yoga with trauma-informed practices, women’s wellness education, and community-centered leadership. Each module is designed to guide you through your own transformation while equipping you to teach with clarity, confidence, and care.

Consider the impact you can make—just by showing up as you are.

Not when you're more healed, more flexible, or more certain. But now, as you are.

And imagine doing it alongside people who feel the same way.

You’ll be surrounded by others who are dreaming the same dream — a more compassionate, inclusive, and connected world — and who believe that healing ourselves is part of how we begin to heal our communities.
