Meet your lead trainer

Raquel

Yoga found me when I needed it most. It gave me breath when I felt disconnected, movement when I felt stuck, and a path when everything else felt unclear. What started as a personal practice became a calling to guide others do the same.

Since 2005, I’ve been a devoted student of yoga in all its forms. With over 3,000 hours of training in trauma-informed yoga, meditation, somatic sound healing, and energy work, I bring both depth and care to this program.

My intention is to guide you into a practice that feels nourishing, rooted, and real. I’m here to walk alongside you in an experience that honors your story, supports your growth, and creates space for your healing.
