What You Can Expect
This hybrid training consist of in-person and weekly virtual sessions to deepen your connection to yourself, your purpose, and the practice of yoga. You’ll walk away with the confidence to teach, the tools to lead, and a powerful foundation to show up in the world with with clarity, purpose, and presence. Each month is intentionally designed to build upon the last, guiding you through a complete and embodied experience of yoga. All sessions are listed in CST.
Weekly Virtual Sessions (6–9pm CST): Weekly live lectures, practices, and discussions.
Weekend Sessions (9–6pm CST): Immersive weekends with intensive practice, workshops, and community building.
March — Foundations of Yoga/Asana, Pranayama & Meditation
Root into the timeless wisdom of yoga through philosophy, history, and the guiding principles that shape the practice. Deepen your practice through movement, breathwork, and meditation.

April — Women’s Wellness & Intuitive Sequencing
Explore yoga through the lens of women’s health and learn how to craft sequences with intuition and care.

Your deposit officially secures your space in the cohort and is applied toward your total tuition. Once it’s received, we’ll begin preparing your onboarding materials and welcome you into the next phase of the training journey.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future Teach Her Yoga training if communicated at least 30 days before the start date.

If you’re paying in full, your balance is due by January 15, 2026.
If you’ve chosen the extended plan, your balance is due by May 1, 2026.

Yes. The min monthly amount is $400, and it all depend on when you enter the payment plan. After you submit your form, we’ll connect with you to confirm the plan that feels sustainable for you.

Once you’re fully registered, we’ll send you a list of recommended books, props, and preparation materials so you can feel confident and ready for our first session.

Yes! Upon successful completion of your tuition and the requirements for the training, you’ll receive your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Teach Her Yoga, meeting all Yoga Alliance requirements.
